6302 Series Inserters

Formax introduces the Advanced Office Folding/Inserting Solution. The NEW 6302 Series provides advanced folding & inserting technology in a quiet, space-saving design for the office environment.
A new full-color touchscreen control panel provides easy setup and operation, combined with the unique AutoSetTM feature which automatically measures paper lengths, envelope sizes and fold lengths.
Recurring and frequent jobs run in AutoSet can also be stored as one of 20 programmed job settings.
The 6302 Series Inserters offer the power to process forms of various lengths and thickness, up to 3,500 per hour and up to 40,000 pieces per month. The 6302 can ccurately fold up to eight sheets of paper in half-fold and up to six in tri-fold mode. Two configurations are available to meet your processing needs. The 6302-Standard 3 offers three standard automatically-adjusting feed stations. The 6302-Special 3 has two standard feeders and one special feeder that can be adjusted for glossy or thicker stock. Feeders accommodate up to 325 sheets each, while the top-loading envelope hopper holds up to 325 envelopes. Available options include a high-capacity production feeder, Optical Mark Recognition, and outfeed conveyor.
