FD 2092 & FD 2082 Mid-Volume Production Pressure Sealers

Formax has given its mid-volume production pressure sealers a new look and upgraded features with the introduction of the FD 2092 and FD 2082 Autoseal® units.
The FD 2092 utilizes a bottom air feed system for continual loading of cut-sheet forms. The FD 2082 is a combination of the FD 2092 and the Formax FD 676 Maxi Burster; this configuration is capable of separating, folding, and sealing continuous pressure seal forms in-line.
A high capacity 3' outfeed conveyor and combination rollers are standard features on both units. The high capacity outfeed conveyor reduces the number of times the machine needs to be unloaded, and the combination fold rollers increase overall durability. Numerous standard and custom folds are accurately and consistently folded with the manual fold setup and fine-tuning adjusters.
