Formax Coronavirus (Covid-19) Operations Statement

Commitment: Although the evolving COVID-19 situation has presented new challenges, Formax remains open for business and committed to serving and supporting our New England based customers, National Dealer Network, partners, and employees. Our commitment to the health and safety of our team members and community continues to remain our top priority, and as such, we are continually monitoring the current situation and taking proactive steps to meet any potential need.

Essential Services: Formax continues to make adjustments to our normal operating procedures in order to deliver essential services while complying with government orders and protecting the health and safety of our employees.

  • Equipment, supply and parts orders continue to be processed and shipped in a timely manner.
  • All departments continue to be available and responsive to all inquiries and requests. 
  • As applicable, we have implemented work from home guidelines for our team members whose jobs allow for this temporary transition.
  • We have implemented appropriate safety guidelines for team members continuing essential services at our Formax facilities.

Service within New England: As an essential provider for local New England customers we are available for phone and on-site services from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EDT, Monday through Friday. Since our number one priority is the health and safety of our customers and employees, any service call that can be handled through a remote PC session or through phone support will be our first consideration. If it is necessary for a member of our technical team to perform on-site service, in addition to complying with customer requirements, our employees will also be following strict guidelines, including but not limited to, social distancing, hand washing, and wearing protective gear.

National Dealer Network: Nationally, we will be available by phone and e-mail to our Dealer Network for both sales and service support during normal business operations.  While we have restricted national business travel for our employees at this time, from their remote offices, our employees remain available for live streaming, webinars, video calls and video conferences. In addition, technical service personnel and support staff are available and maintaining regular schedules in order to assist dealers through online and phone support. In regard to the manufacturing of Formax products, we are implementing the same safety and precautionary measures, and maintaining continuous contact with our vendors to ensure steady product availability.

We realize things will continue to evolve as this situation develops. As such, we will keep adjusting our processes to best meet the needs of our employees and customers. We want you to know that we appreciate all of our customers and we are committed to providing you with high levels of customer service and support as we work our way through these times together.
